Gifts
Engadine arts and crafts in conversation
The main protagonists of the new exhibition are gifts: handcrafted everyday objects. They are all handcrafted products familiar to us and they all have a connection to the particular room where they are on display. The exhibition aims to bring the visitor closer to the history of each room, through the emotional connection conveyed by the selected objects.
By so doing, the exhibition thus also focuses on the traditional and contemporary arts and crafts of the Engadin region. The range of gifts presented in the exhibition is also available for sale in the museum shop. All objects are regionally produced.
Thanks to your purchase, you will support the local production and the research work of the Engadine Museum.
Opening Friday, 10 December 2021 – Free admission
